After the success of his debut film Ishq Vishk that turned a star out of Shahid Kapoor, music video director-cum-adman turned filmmaker Ken Ghosh comes up with his second film Fida. Like Ishq Vishk, the basic premise of Fida too is a love story. But if you're expecting another feel good mushy love story from Ken Ghosh, you might be quite disappointed. Fida has more to it with a heist involved in the love story adding an element of thrill. The film brings together the much talked-about real life pair of Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor onscreen for the first time playing lovebirds. Fardeen (who has starred with Kareena in Khushi and Dev previously) forms the third angle of this triangle.

Shahid Kapoor as Jai
Jai has a vision of the girl he is going to fall in love with. And one day… he sees her.

Kareena Kapoor as Neha
Neha too subsequently falls in love with Jai because of his sheer determination and willingness to do anything for her.

Fardeen Khan as Vikram
Vikram is a rich man with a passionate love story of his own.

Storyline

Jai thinks theirs is the perfect love story, but…unfortunately it was being written by someone else.

Also everything does not go as Vikram had planned.

In between all this, a major online heist worth Rs 55 million takes place where in two major company accounts of a Don are wiped out. There's no clue of the person behind it whatsoever. And the Don is ready to do anything to find out the culprit involved in this incident.

Fida - Two love stories…both did not have the perfect ending!

The behind-the-scene people of Fida are same as Ghosh's first film. Produced by Ramesh Taurani and Kumar Taurani of Tips Films, the film has music by Anu Malik.
