Hawas as its tagline says, claims to be an unusual love story. Directed by Karan Razdan (the man who played the bad guy in the 80's Mithun Chakrabarthy hit Disco Dancer), the film is produced under the banner of Evershine Films Pvt. Ltd and stars three newcomers in the lead. Meghna Naidu, the sizzling beauty, who starred in the Kaliyon Ka Chaman music video, plays the sensuous leading lady. Tarun Arora who makes his debut in the upcoming film Sheen and model turned actor Shawar Ali are her co-stars in her film. The film has music by Daboo Malik.

It is the story of a young couple Sapna (Meghna Naidu) and Raj (Shawar Ali) living in Dubai. Raj has an ambitious dream of moving to US. And to make his dream come true, he turns workaholic. This makes Sapna miss the passion, which once existed in their relationship.

Accidentally she meets Ajay (Tarun Arora). Ajay catches on to her loneliness and exploits it. Sapna is lured into a relationship with him. This brings out her inner conflicts because she is also deeply in love with Raj.

To begin with, Raj does not see any change accruing either in their relationship. But soon a colleague in the office indirectly makes him aware of it. Now he turns suspicious and hires a private detective to follow her. What the detective comes up with shatters Raj.

Raj looses control. What follows is not premeditated.
